With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I saw the need for a more personalized, low-impact approach that honors both body and mind. Using TRX-based strength training, blood flow resistance training, meditation/breath work, and a heart-first philosophy, I’m here to help you build lasting health from the inside out.

My small group virtual coaching program brings together a powerful, supportive community of women ready to get stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally—
